Terms of service

1. The service

Clubroll is provided by ALGD LTD, company number NI744090, 121 Glencam Road, Omagh, Tyrone, BT79 7HB, United Kingdom, contact support@clubroll.app.

Clubroll ("we") provides hosted software for an association to publish its own site, keep its member roll, record dues and renewals, send reminders and publish a newsletter to its own members.

2. Your association's account and your data

The association owns its member records, its newsletter archive and its site content. The association may export them at any time. We process them to run the service, and the association is the controller of what it stores about its members.

3. Email sent through the platform

Reminders and newsletters are sent to the addresses on the member roll, on the association's instruction. The association is responsible for having a lawful basis for those addresses and for honouring an unsubscribe; the platform records every unsubscribe and every send.

4. Availability

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. If it is unavailable for more than 48 hours in a month because of our fault, the policy under "If the service fails you" in the refund policy applies.

5. Fees

The plan is $39 per month for the association, billed monthly in advance. See the refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send mail to people who have not asked for it, and do not use it to store data about members that the association is not entitled to hold.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for consequential loss.

8. Termination

The association may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid month, and the roll and the newsletter archive stay exportable for 30 days after that.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
